Delivery times are estimates and begin on the working day after the order is dispatched. They do not include weekends or public holidays and may be longer during peak periods or because of delays at the carrier.

Processing

Orders placed on a working day before 14:00 are usually dispatched the same day, otherwise on the next working day. You will receive a confirmation with a tracking link as soon as the parcel has been handed over to the carrier.

Customs and import charges

Deliveries outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import VAT and handling fees charged by the destination country. These are not included in our prices and are payable by the recipient.

Undeliverable parcels

If a parcel cannot be delivered and is returned to us because the address was incomplete or acceptance was refused, we will contact you. Any cost of a second dispatch is payable by the customer.

Damage in transit

Please report visible transport damage to us within a reasonable period. This is not a condition for your statutory rights, but it helps us pursue a claim against the carrier.
